Launched in early 2023, this innovative platform has quickly replaced the old system, ensuring that every user can access their health and medical information easily and efficiently. While the previous patient portal saw only minor updates over the years, the Health Portal stands out with continuous development, driven by government priorities and user feedback.
Built with accessibility in mind, the portal meets 99.9% of relevant requirements for individuals with disabilities. Additionally, simplified wording is used throughout, making medical texts more understandable. While medical documents still contain necessary medical terms, the dashboard and subpages prioritize linguistic clarity for a broader audience.
The portal empowers individuals to take control of their health journey—whether checking health data, booking medical appointments, or accessing vaccination records—right from their computer or smartphone. Some of the available features include:
